Amodiaquine is an antimalarial medicine that has been used in the treatment of malaria. While medicines can be important in treating disease, researchers also study how some drugs may affect other organs and biological functions.

The study also found no significant differences in the measured serum concentrations of FSH, LH and prolactin between the treated animals and controls.
